Terms of Service for AllVarity Studio Games

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using our mobile applications, including but not limited to Pirate Cannon: Ball Blast and Turbo Toon: Ball Racing (collectively referred to as the "Games") operated by AllVarity Studio ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Games.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Games for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Rules of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any element of the Games.
• Circumvent or try to circumvent any security measures in the Games.
• Attempt to modify or interfere with the Games in any manner, or use any tools or techniques to cheat, or access unauthorized features.
• Use the Games to violate any law or regulation.
• Use any unauthorized third-party software to modify the gameplay experience.
• Exploit the Games or any of their parts for any commercial purpose without our express consent.

4. Advertisements

Our Games may contain advertisements provided by AdMob, a service operated by Google. These ads help us support the development and maintenance of the Games. By using the Games, you agree to the display of such advertisements.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Games and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AllVarity Studio and its licensors. The Games are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AllVarity Studio.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Games are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Games will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AllVarity Studio, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Games.

8. Changes to the Games

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Games (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Games.

9. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Games after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms of Service will be resolved exclusively through the courts in India.
